Program

RedMessages sends user-triggered personal messages by text from +1 (866) 893-1850. When a RedMessages user says one of their code phrases or taps to send, the contacts they chose receive the preset message, such as a check-in, a note to a friend, or a safety alert with the user's location.

Who receives messages

You receive RedMessages texts only after a RedMessages user adds you as a contact and you reply YES to our confirmation text. We do not send marketing messages.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies, depending on how often the person who added you sends messages.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. RedMessages does not charge recipients for messages.

Opt out and help

• Reply STOP to stop receiving all RedMessages texts. You will receive one final confirmation text.
• Reply HELP for help, or email support@redmessages.app.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is not guaranteed.

RedMessages is not a replacement for 911. It does not contact emergency services.

Privacy

See our privacy policy. Mobile phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
